Canceled order, they kept my money

I ordered a pair of sandals, paid them $28 (via credit card). Within an hour I got email saying I would get the sandals in 4-6 weeks!!

Nothing was ever said about this when I ordered the item. I IMMEDIATELY emailed them, told them to cancel the order and not to charge my credit card. Six days later I have heard nothing. No response.

They charged my credit card. NEVER buy anything from these people. They are scam artists. Here's what they sent me.

Unresponsiveness of company

This company operates from what I can see under two different company names, Mesh Beach Shoes and My Comfy Heels, two phone numbers, one answered by a recording in an Asian language, the second one given to my by my credit card company never gets answered, just comes back to my cell as "user busy" no matter how many times I tried. The return address on the packaging is an address in Delaware with no company name.

A Google search gave me a company name for that address which I called but they had no idea what I was talking about. The phone number on the website is in Hawaii and my credit card company said the address for a return is Canada. All I wanted to do was return a pair of shoes (now out of the return window) that were marked with the correct size but my daughter who has a shoe size two sizes smaller couldn't even for it them. I have spent countless hours writing dispute letters, filling out forms for my credit card company and it's bordering on ridiculous.

Oh, did I mention that when I filled out the online customer service form, the email I received back (very cryptic) had a heading of "Help me" asking for the same information I put on their form. I originally thought this email was spam! At this point in time, the shoes don't fit and I am exhausted just trying to return a $38 pair of shoes.

They will be donated to a local homeless shelter. See middle shoe picture below compared with my existing shoes.

Evidently this company goes by at least 2 different company names, Mesh Beach Shoes and My Comfy Heels. The order confirmation was Mesh Beach Shoes but come through on my credit card as My Comfy heels.

I received a pair of shoes that were too small even though they were marked with the correct size. My daughter who has a shoe size 2 sizes smaller couldn't get her foot into the shoes. I tried to reach them by the phone number on their website but it is answered in an Asian language. My credit card company gave me another number but my call never went through but came back to my cell phone as "user busy".

The website phone is a number in Hawaii, the return address on the packaging is a Delaware address and according to my credit card company, the address to return the shoes is in Canada. When I Google searched the Delaware address (because there was no company name on the return address), I called them. They had no idea what I was talking about. I filled out the form on their site with my order info and an email came into my in box titled "Help me".

Wasn't sure if it was spam. They asked for the same information I had already given them! Bottom line is, I have spent countless hours disputing this charge ($38) and at this point in time, it's not the money.

It is the principle. I'll be donating these shoes to a homeless shelter since they can never be worn by me.

I purchased two pairs and they sent me a size too small. I tried reaching them and all I got was an automated response. I filed a claim with PayPal and they contacted me and told me that if I withdrew my complaint, they would send me the correct sizes. I never heard from them again. I reached out several times and no response.

They sent me the wrong size shoes. I bought 2 pairs. I emailed them and received an automated response and then never heard from them. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they contacted me and said if I withdrew my complaint, they would send me the correct size. Never heard from them again and never responded to any of my multiple emails.

Took 2.5 months versus 2 weeks to deliver and only delivered when I disputed charge

took 2.5 months to deliver shoes when they stated within 2 weeks. I emailed several times to ask where they were. I disputed with paypal and then they sent the shoes to me, however they told paypal they communicated and only sent me one message afterI disputed charges. The quality is poor and the sizing is terrible... Paypal closed the dispute saying I didn't escalate. I don't understand how several emails and updating the ticket is not an escalation... Don't order from this company, the products are not made in America nor shipped within a reasonable time...

I still have had no response of any kind from Mesh Beach shoes or My Beach Shoes - apparently they have two names. Their only listed ph # is in Hawaii, I get a busy signal 4 times and then the call drops. Am obviously very disappointed in their customer service! And my refund is $60+!!

I was sent the wrong size shoe. The shoes are too small. I can see that without trying them on. There was not a return label included in the package. Please refund or exchange for the correct size. I have tried to contact you early but it was difficult and no one got back to me. You make it very hard to return purchases!

Trust your spidey sense

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a pair of garden clogs weeks ago. They still haven't arrived. My tracking number shows they are still in China. I felt my spidey sense tingle, but it's too late! No response on their contact info. When I saw the reviews on Pissed Consumer, I knew this was a lost cause. Even if the clogs make it, the size and quality will probably be terrible. First time I've been hood winked to this extent.

I ordered a pair of cloud slides but, was accidentally put in for wrong size color orange 5:5 but should have been a sise 8.5 I still haven't received them yet. Didn't know if I could just switch them out. I sent email to you guys previously.

After several phone calls via my Pay Pal account I was offered by the company a full refund only if I posted the sandals back to the supplier in Canada. Only on receipt of the sandals would I then receive a refund.This was not even possible as it would have cost me...

I purchased two pairs of sandals both size 8.5, according to their conversion chart is a 40. I received a size 37 for both pairs.

On one pair of sandals at the front the buckles are two different sizes so one doesnt sit right. Poor quality workmanship, cheap nothing like photo. Straps are too short and expose the Velcro, doesnt look good.
Delivery was very poor and took over a month. Contacting the seller terrible, they just send you an email asking for your order number which, I gave to them many times.
Complained again supplying photos, still receiving same reply.

After that no replies at all.
Had to file a dispute via payment merchant.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Following tracking looks like they are made in Mexico on the cheap.

Is there a corporate number/CEO to call? Regular number never answered or message returned.

I have been trying to contact them since Jun 20th... emails are ignored.

They state you can return within 30 days; however, they never send you the return label.

I could not understand the person at the other end (answering machine) when I called - language barrier. I am ticketed off!!!
